In-House Tooling Department
At Inca we have the advantage of our own tooling department. This
allows us more flexibility so your production schedules can be met.
We are able to maintain and make some repairs and modifications to fabricated
molds in-house. This significantly reduces down time, and increases
our productivity. Once your production requirements have been met, the
mold is sent to the mold shop for a routine maintenance inspection. The
mold is cleaned and any minor repairs are performed at this time. This
helps increase the life span of the mold and helps produce high quality parts
run after run.

Tank specialists
As a result of successfully developing molded plastic fuel tanks for the
marine industry, we have become one of their largest suppliers. Each of
our marine tanks must pass the stringent U.S. Coast Guard fire test as well as
the mechanical strength and slosh tests. Every tank we manufacture must
pass a pressure test and three separate visual inspections before it is
passed. |
Facility
Our Nashville, Tennessee manufacturing facility is 60,000 square feet and
operates six roto-molding machines. Our facility can easily handle projects and
shipments throughout the Southeast. |
